- Look around at home, school, your neighbourhood, or even while watching TV or reading a book.
- Every time you spot one of the seven kindness treasures, tick it off.
- You can do this alone or with a friend. You can even try to spot all seven before bedtime.
- Bonus points if you are the one spreading the kindness!

Someone helps someone else, with no reward. It could be picking up dropped papers, holding a door, or helping carry a bag.
